Weekly News

Only 9 weeks to go!

If you haven't registered yet for the Open Studios event, please pop in to the office. Also small boards need to be returned for us to start selling and to promote the event. The show is entirely self funding, 'small board' sales are a significant fundraiser. We also need images now for us to be able to send out press releases. Last date for catalogue entries 14 April

Rubbish Removal

Have a wee peek around your studio and start to think about the items you need to dispose of before the show. A gradual process of 'chucking out the chintz' will make for a smooth transition closer to the event date. And it keeps Derek and Rob happy

The art of face to face selling
Date for your diary Weds 22 April 6.30pm

Customer service is an attitude not a department. It takes months to gain a customer and only seconds to lose one. Our guest speaker, Josu Shephard is a very successful business woman who exhibits all over the world. She regularly speaks at networking events to a wide range of SME's on the art of good customer service, face to face selling and how to negotiate and close the deal. If you wish to attend to improve your skills before exhibiting at the Open Studios, come and see us at the office.
 Cost is just £10
