Launch of BME Health & Social Care Providers Consortium

A number of leading BME led providers specialising in delivery of a range of health & social care services to older people, people with disabilities, carers & other vulnerable groups have come together to forge & launch the BME Health & Social Care Providers Consortium.

This Event is for those interested in:

· bidding for NHS services & contracts as part of a Consortium

· delivering NHS & other health & social care services

· finding BME partner(s)

· making partnership based grant applications

· joining up with other BME led providers

· extending health/social care services to other regions & communities

· developing social enterprise

The event will feature presentations from a number of BME providers involved in delivering of day care, respite care, mental health, counselling, carers support, transport, advocacy & other health & social care support services on their work and opportunities for partnership working across numerous London boroughs, regional and national programmes.

The event will provide an opportunity for delegates to

· discuss & negotiate partnerships with individual members

· link with/join BME Health & Social Care Consortium

· discuss potential for bidding for grants & contracts
