Featuring Cristina Catalina, Levente Molnar, Dragoş Teglaş and Anda Teglaş.  'At the Gates of the Sky', a bonanza of traditional gems orchestrated by the beloved folk bard, Grigore Leșe, will be screened live from the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest, followed by a demonstration of the multilingual richness of Romania's poetic tradition with actors Cristina Catalina and Levente Molnar, reading exultant verses by Mihai Eminescu, Nikolaus Lenau and Ady Endre. The evening will peak with the UK premiere of '13 Shades of Romanian', an encounter with the Romanians whose talents and enthusiasm make Britain a vibrant, inclusive society, followed by a Q&A with the creative team behind it. Accompanied by a glass of Romanian wine.             Cercul Cultural Româno-Austriac UNIREA din Wiener Neustadt, fondat în urmă cu 13 ani şi condus de Domnul Ioan Godja, a prezentat – în cadrul sărbătorilor din Austria, dedicate Zilei Naţionale a României „Toamna Culturală Românească în Austria!" –, primul număr al periodicului de cultură şi artă „Unirea" realizat și cu sprijinul redactorilor Postului RadioTv-Unirea, de un colectiv redacțional condus de Doamna Gabriella Costescu.

 

            Evenimentul editorial a fost primit cu interes şi bucurie de cei peste 500 de români şi austrieci, care au fost invitaţi la Festivalul de la Wiener Neustadt.

            Periodicul de cultură şi artă Unirea este o revistă cu apariţie trimestrială, în care sunt și vor fi prezentate, în cele 78 de pagini, creaţii literare, ştiri, informaţii, articole, reportaje, evenimente cultural-artistice,  comentarii ale românilor din ţară şi din străinătate, din dorinţa de a-i uni pe românii de pe întregul mapamond, în spiritul prieteniei şi frăţiei, pentru a trăi în cinste și demnitate, în linişte şi pace, în România și în ţările în care ei au ales să se stabilească.

            Numărul 1 al revistei Unirea cuprinde materiale diverse, semnate de: VIORICA BALAŞ, CRISTIAN BUCUR, FLOARE RANTA CÂNDEA, GABRIELLA COSTESCU, DOINA CRAIU, HANS DAMA, IOAN GODJA, AGNES MARIA ORBAN, CORNEL UDREA  şi de alţi autori. Remarcăm titlurile: Amintind despre Marea Unire, Lacrima de suflet, Cosmos românesc, O viață trăită la radio, Vienezul din Gottlob, Banatul în cuvânt și imagine, Visul vieții sănătoase la Viena, Ziua românilor de pretutindeni sărbătoriă în Austria, O noapte la Veneția pe scena din Mörbisch, Pictorul în pacea culorilor, Cronica vieneză, Lumină lină la Sighișoara,  care merită să fie lecturate cu atenție și interes.

            Numărul 2 al revistei Unirea va apărea în primul trimestru al anului 2016.

 

            Transmitem, în final, felicitări realizatorilor acestui minunat proiect și le dorim, în continuare, mult succes în munca lor nobilă de răspândire a culturii și tradițiilor românești în întreaga lume, pentru recunoașterea valorilor națiunii noastre și pentru demnitatea și mândria  de a ne numi români uniți în cuget și simțiri! – așa cum ne îndemna și Andrei Mureșanu în poezia  Un Răsunet, devenită Imnul național al României:

                        "Români din patru unghiuri, acum ori niciodată

                        Uniţi-vă în cuget, uniţi-vă-n simţiri!..."

Evenimentul se va desfasura astazi, 1 Decembrie 2015, la ora 19.00.

Adresa este 2 Grand Parade, Forty Ave, Wembley Park, HA9 9JS.

Acest centru va pune la dispozitie un spatiu gratuit pentru desfasurarea unor activitati de interes pentru comunitatea romanilor din Marea Britanie.
